I always enjoyed snuggling up by the fireplace with a cup of steamy hot cocoa on the snowy, wintry nights in northeastern Ohio. But, after spending two years serving the people in the beautiful warm Fiji Islands, my husband and I decided we had lived through enough snowstorms. We had always planned to retire near our children. However, with our children now grown and settled in New Mexico, Utah, Oregon, and Ohio, we wondered where we would find our next home. We finally decided that moving to central Florida near the attractions would ensure visits from our children and grandchildren. And, when we visited beautiful historic Leesburg we knew we had found the right location for our next home and a great vacation spot for our children and grandchildren. We immediately felt at home in the sunshine state and we are enjoying every minute of our time here.

Because I have relocated several times, I know the anxiety and questions that can accompany a move, whether it is across town or across continents: How long of a lease will I be required to sign?
